We've attempted to anticipate as many questions as we could in the writing of the System Help Manual, and we ask you consult the Manual first for your answer. Inevitably, though, we'll miss something, so please feel free to send us your question and we'll get back to you. Our office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, east coast US time, Monday-Friday. Our response time during these hours will be no more than a few hours, or the next business day, depending upon the time of receipt.
