Current Stage: Private Beta

Completed: Clients/Contacts section has been completed and is being tested. The administrative back end where the TSS staff will manage new account sign ups, renewals as well as system settings, pricing packages and overall reporting was started first, and is roughly 90% complete (we will fill in the holes once we populate with data and make final tweaks) . On the front end we have common components like the time card, lunch break, short break and login/logout functionality completed. Account sign up, as well as Settings, Messages, Files, Calendar and Projects/Tasks/Notes are completed and being tested.

Current Work: We're currently in the process of private Beta testing TSS and reporting bugs and changes to the development team on all sections with the exception of Reports which is currently being developed.

Remaining: Remaining to be competed is the Reports section.

Alpha [PAST]
Expected Completion Date: ACHEIVED 07/13/2007

Alpha stage has begun, with new modules coming online as the development team finishes them.

Private Beta [CURRENT STAGE]
Expected Completion Date: ACHEIVED 07/10/2007

The internal staff of TSS will be testing the private beta system and reporting bugs and changes for at least another week (into beggining of October). Once Clients and Contacts, as well as Reports has been completed, there will be more testing and adjustment.

Public Beta
Expected Completion Date: November/December 2007

The public beta will be open first to users and organizations who have inquired with us, and second to the list of people signed up on the Beta Notification email list present on the home page. We expect to have the public beta ready by early September.

Beta (update 1)
Expected Completion Date: January/February 2008

After we've opened the system to general Beta testers we will solicit feedback and make a final list of modifications on our way to the first Beta revision. Dates this far in advance are hard to estimate due to the unknown level of issues we'll find in the open beta but we can expect the first round of adjustments to happen after the first 2 weeks.
