As this project is still underway, and the Beta version is not expected until July, there are no frequently asked questions as yet. We've taken the liberty of raising two threshhold questions we expect visitors to this site will have, and we'll be adding to them as development continues.

Q: Who Is This System For?

A: Any small to medium size business. Team Solution Software does include some of the basic elements of a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), it is not intended as one. Rather, it is as the name implies - - a Team Management System, a way for a small to medium business team to share all company information, assign and manage tasks, share project overviews, share documents, share a common company calendar, manage internal messaging, and so much more.

With more and more of today's workforce telecommuting or spending a portion of their work week logging in from home or elsewhere, it becomes even more necessary to have that robust system available for the team to stay in touch. That's the foundation of TSS, and in no necessary order of importance, and certainly not an all-inclusive list, we think it's the perfect solution for:

Real Estate and Property Management Agencies
IT and web development companies
Private non-profits who are staffed, in part, by external volunteers
Accountancy Offices
Law Offices
Financial Planning companies
Multi-location businesses

and so many more.

Q: When will Team Solution Software be ready to accept accounts and users?

A: We are expecting a BETA version to be ready for testing in early July, and the commercial version ready for use in August. We will be posting development progress reports on our Blog, so please check back often for those postings.

Q: How Does Team Solution Software Differ from other CRM Systems?

A: Team Solution Software is not a CRM system in the true sense of the term. TSS is a powerful small and medium business web-based management tool, and is task- and project-centric, as distinquished from customer relations-centric. Many other CRM systems were developed for companies with on-the-road sales forces, intending to provide a means for those out of office staff to access their customer data and order histories. Team Solution Software is designed and intended for SMB staffs to manage their projects and tasks, stay in touch with each other, share all client and contact information, share a company calendar, share files and documents, and by doing so create accountability for each Team Member's work day.

Today's company structure is becoming more and more a mix of inhouse and telecommuting staff, whether those telecommuting are working from home occasionally, or working from home all the time because they live in another state or country. KISS Computing, Inc., the developer of Team Solution Software, and Business Team Solutions, LLC, its owner, are classic examples of this company model today, with half of their staffs working in a central office, and the other half telecommuting from other states in the US, and from other countries. KISS, in fact, has an office in both Massachusetts, USA, and in Dublin, Ireland, and it designed the TSS system with itself in mind as the model business of both today and tomorrow.
